PASSÁNDE offers free standard shipping in the US for all orders over $299; orders under this amount will be shipped for a flat rate of $7. The current lead time for the shinlet to ship is 2-4 weeks. Shipments will be fulfilled in the order they are received. All products in your order will be shipped at the same time. Estimated standard shipping for chains only, is 5-7 days.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
We ship to Canada and most of Europe. A flat fee of $10 for all orders over $299; orders under this amount will be shipped for a flat rate of $20. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped that includes your tracking information.
All sales on the shinlet are final and may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances you may contact us within seven days of delivery date, and PASSÁNDE will take the decision on a case to case bases whether the product qualifies for a return. If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, PASSÁNDE will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the delivery cost for an exchange. PASSÁNDE will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have at any time.
If you are shipping an order over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Jewelry (excl. the shinlet) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund back to the original payment method. Submitting a return after the 14 day period, but within 30 days of the original time of delivery: you may exchange your item(s) or elect for store credit. After 30 days from the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also have the original tags still on, and a proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us with their return or exchange. For customer within the US, PASSÁNDE will cover the delivery cost to you with your exchanged product. International customers are always responsible for the delivery cost of their exchanged product: a flat fee of $10.
